Who We Are
Faith Christian Reformed Church recognizes the sovereignty and faithfulness of God as central to the lives of his people and his church. We are committed to nurturing community bonds, growing in our faith together while living as good stewards and servants in God’s kingdom.
Faith is a place to belong, a place where you can be known by name and supported in your celebrations and struggles. We care deeply for each other and encourage members of all ages and faith stages to grow together through worship, education, fellowship, and service.
We welcome everyone to experience our faith community by joining us in worship and connecting in activities with those who share a broad range of interests.
Membership at Faith Church is open to those who have or would like to be baptized as a follower of Jesus Christ accompanied by a publicly professed faith in him. Becoming a recognized member of the church includes a commitment to engagement in the life of the faith community, utilizing the unique gifts and blessings God has provided to further his kingdom.
As a church we believe in the basic tenets of the Christian faith as expressed in three creeds (Apostle’s, Nicene, and Athanasian). Our denominational theology is shaped by three Reformed Confessions (the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession, and the Canons of Dordt). The ordained leadership of our church (our pastors, elders, and deacons) recognize these forms of unity as consistent with scripture and our teaching aligns with them.
Faith is committed to the faithful preaching and teaching of the word, regular celebration of the sacraments,
and providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, and the development of each member's unique gifts to the glory of God.
